The teeth part is done casting and just needs minor adjustments to make it fit to the Visor.
The Eye part attached to the visor kinda sticks out a bit from the visor which interferes with Lifting the visor completely up.
So we can go 2 ways here. One is to leave it as is and not cut the visor cover and leave the visor down. Objective here is the main idea design of the helmet is intact for full coolness.
Option 2 is the cut the visor part a bit so that the light EYe Visor part can be fully lifted up and rest in the little corner. Objective here is a compromise to the design sacrificing the one part of the visor cover for functionality of lifting the entire visor up.
What if the area that has to be removed were to be reattached as a raised segment? It would change the overall silhouette of the helmet but I think the added complexity would only add to the piece and it would give room for the eye unit to lift fully.
