Have you tried making this mask using other material? with the way that it's done, it reminds of the masks in the game "Army of Two".

It just a matter of sourcing materials and if not easy where I live. Most materials are for industry use and pretty expensive to buy in small quantities and ship. With materials cost increasing every year my choices become more limited and I'm not about to resort to using substandard quality materials that may fail to perform or harm the wearer.

Because that mask would look amazing in a solid steel set, though I imagine that would really be expensive. Still, the face mask is fucking badass!

I can do Cold casting which is much cheaper using metal powders. Foundry method for bronze and steel you are paying for cost of metal, labor plus mark up.
