Recently I have a interest in making a underframe tech suit of Iron Man and was looking for some pepakura files that I can get it to print and upon finding the file that was password protected and I asked the creator of the files. He said his file was stolen somehow and was sold even though that file was given for free. The guy was so destroyed by the fact someone stole his file that he wouldn't bother sharing anymore and wouldn't even talk about it.  So I told the guy about how my custom bio helmet designs was both recast and pirated into smaller helmets and sold worldwide. I got no reply what so ever and no file. My creativity goes unsatisfied and now I'm pissed off.

I really do wish kids and artists see everything in perspective. I've had a lot stolen and I still keep going and still keep making props. I just don't see why these kids can't see that if a little thief can stop you from sharing with the world it can also create a new market for the thieves. They will go and satisfy the needs of people like me. They can either get it free from the original owner or they pay the thief for stolen goods. That's why recasts, copies and fakes exist.

Granted I'm not going to give my helmet castings away for free but you will get a something the thieves won't grant which is service and you can rely on me to ensure you get quality. Instead of crying to my mommy and stop doing it all, I give what other thieves won't be able to and that's ingenuity and creativity. Props are getting more complicated to make as creativity and innovation goes up.

When I was at the Fashion week in Hong Kong earlier this year I met a dude that has licenses for major movie franchises and we spoke a bit about those prop kids making those Iron Man helmets like no tomorrow and he said "you can't stop creativity." Most major studios don't bother stopping all of it because people are promoting their character out of their own pockets. So if Marvel stopped all the kids from making Iron Man costumes and wearing it, eventually there would be no Iron Man out there and there be only Halo Spartans be walking in the streets. Now of course they can stop all of us but a brand/franchise would go dead because the brand owner decides no one should promote their character and they should just stop making movies of their characters. I could have simply told the Thailand pirates to stop copying my mini bio helmets but I won't because they are selling my ideas. They made it with their own money and no right was given to them but at the end of the day I have people collecting my designs and they couldn't care less who made it. But they do care the design is awesome and only I can claim that credit of ingenuity and innovation.

Most people told me "dude I'd be happy if someone copied my designs at least they think my ideas are good enough to be copied."
I see what they are saying and they are right. To me these cases are but proof that the market for my design is out there and its a great enough idea to warrant not 1 or 2 copies but 4 different designs of the Cetanu Bio helmets series to be pirated. Other people I don't know think its a great idea that they are willing to invest in making those copies and believe it to sell that well. To investors I hope they see this as something worth putting money in because I am the true innovator and I'm a Gold mine that has endless supply of Golden Eggs. Now you just gotta own the mine and its all yours.
